What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept major credit and debit cards via PayPal, E-wallets / bank transfers. We like keeping things easy and accessible.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We start prepping your order the moment it’s placed — so act fast!

COD orders: May be cancelled if not yet processed

Online payments: All sales are final and cannot be cancelled

How long will my order take to arrive?

Usually within 1-3 business days within Metro Manila and 3–7 business days nationwide. We’ll send a tracking link so you can stalk your parcel guilt-free!

How can I select Same Day Shipping?

At checkout, choose same day shipping.

• We will reach out to confirm your pin location and arrange your preferred courier.

• Payment can be completed once the item has been picked up, unless you opt to pay the rider directly.

• Cutoff for same day orders is 3pm, with deliveries starting at 4pm.

How much is the shipping fee?

Local: Php150 flat rate for orders below Php1.999 and FREE shipping for orders above Php2,000.

International: Starts at Php2,000 or $40

We keep it as reasonable as our chaos allows ;)

Sizing

What sizes are your socks?

Sizing runs from 20–24 cm, similar to a US women’s 5–7.
For wide feet, we're coming sooooon!

What sizes are your reformer mats?

Our mats are the standard reformer size of 37.8 x 22 cm

Are taxes and duties included in the international shipping?

No. Taxes and duties may apply upon arrival.

For Metro Manila same day delivery, where will the package be shipped from?

All same day delivery orders are dispatched from our headquarters located in Pasig, near the Marikina boundary.
